Sinapis alba

White mustard is used for canning, grocery, and agricultural purposes. It features wide adaptability to soil and climatic conditions. Mustard’s very rapid development enables later sowing. Its excellent phytosanitary effect and inexpensive seed makes mustard the most widespread stubble crop. It is not appropriate for sowing sequences with high amounts of cabbage-family crops (Agrobacterium tumefaciens).
